• Graeme Reid (Managing Director)

    Graeme joined us in early 1989 having spent ten years in the oil industry responsible for materials & logistics with various oil service companies. He covers our financial & day to day running requirements. He has built up a large client database concentrating on our customer service & independent advice.

    Interests:

    In his spare time he plays 5 aside football & is on the Board of Directors at Cove Rangers FC. He enjoys watching football, motor sport & horse racing on TV.

Bill_Watson
  • Bill Watson (Service Director)

    Bill formed the company with Mike Horne in 1986. Bill served his time as a car mechanic at Roy Thomson's, but was always interested in electronics and had been tinkering with TV's and old valve radios since his early teens. Repairing car audio and home hi-fi for more than twenty years, Bill has gained lots of experince in fault finding and repair of a wide variety of electronic equipment. Bill is also responsible for the website, IT and Network maintenance, customers' technical queries and car audio and navigation sales.

    Interests:
    He enjoys keeping fit and when not running or cycling can be found training at Aberdeen Judo club where he is an instructor. He is also intestered in wood, metalwork and model engineering.
  • Mike Horne (Installation Engineer)

    Mike is one of Autosonic's Founding Members along with Bill Watson. He also served his time at Roy Thomson's, where he was involved with the fitting of Car Audio Equipment. Mike has a sound knowledge of car audio, cellular, multi-media and car alarm installation techniques.

    Interests:

    Mike likes fast cars , golfing, cycling.
Dave_Smith
  • Dave Smith (Installation Engineer)

    Dave has been with us also for around 18 years and although a trained Chef, he spends his time fitting Car audio/navigation & security devices in our installation workshop. He is now qualified with the necessary training to upgrade our Thatcham rating to Cat 5 capability.

    Interests:

    Dave likes cooking & has a keen interest in anything sporting, particularly football & golf.

Phil_Gray
  • Phil Gray (Senior Engineer)

    Phil has worked for the company for over 18 years and, along with Bill, keeps the technical side of the company up-and running. He's been interested in electronics since his teens and likewise spent time tinkering with old hi-fi's etc. Phil has years of experience in electrical and mechanical repairs and also doubles as Autosonics IT department.

    Interests:

    Phil is a keen auto-enthusiast and, as with all the Autosonic team, fast cars are a favourite but Phil also has a collection of classic cars, in various states of dis-repair, which he is currently refurbishing. Phil also enjoys messing with computers & various gadgets.
Lynn_Bruce
  • Lynn Bruce (Corporate Account Manager)

    Lynn is Andy's sister and she deals with our bigger business accounts. Better known as the "Office Rottweiler" keeps everyone focused & on track.

    Interests:

    A lot of her spare time is taken up with her 3 children & she also enjoys doing aerobics.
  • Andy McCraw (Corporate Account Manager)

    Andy deals with business accounts of varying sizes and is known for the professional and knowledgeable service he offers his clients. Better known as "Sonic" around the office, he is the office joker and likes winding everyone up much to the MD's annoyance!!

    Interests:

    Andy plays football for Ellon United & and also likes a game of golf in his spare time. Sporting a 'dodgy' haircut, He's never one to turn down any "socialising" and likes a night out.
Alan_Smith
  • Allan Smith (Corporate Account Manager)

    Allan joined Autosonic in January 2005 having previously worked for Pocket Solutions. His role is to find new business whilst also managing the existing client base that he has built up over the years.

    Interests:

    Allan play's football for Banks O Dee (same league as Ellon United but normally finishes a lot higher up...). He also enjoys golfing and going to the gym but his favourite hobby is travelling all over the world with the Tartan Army, helping to support the Scotland football team!
Jill_Shop
  • Jill Cuthbert (Cellular Administration)

    Jill started working in Accounts, then moved on to reception and now works in Cellular dealing with the individual & small business accounts.

    Interests:

    In her spare time she can be found at the sidelines of Cove Boys Club football matches (her 2 sons both play for the club).
  • Kathy Swallow (Receptionist)

    Kathy is our very valuable receptionist! She spends her days answering calls & dealing with customers along with admin and stock control duties.

    Interests:

    Kathy has just had a new baby girl - Shes having some time off now to be a new mum!
